These terms apply to campusmind.org, run by Campus Mind Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Campus Mind," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
This site explains Campus Mind and offers free resources for faculty, such as a syllabus statement. It also describes a student check-in that is in pilot. Taking part in a pilot is covered by a separate agreement.
The information on this site is general and educational. It is not medical, mental health or counseling advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never disregard or delay seeking professional help because of something you read on this site. Campus Mind does not monitor students or respond to emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or your campus's own resources.
You may copy, adapt and share our free resources, such as the syllabus statement, for teaching and non-commercial use at your institution. Please don't sell them or present them as your own product. The Campus Mind name and logo belong to us and may not be used to suggest that we endorse you or your institution.
Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, copy it at scale with automated tools, or submit someone else's email address in our forms.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email Info@campusmind.io and we will stop. We may still send a one-time reply to a question you asked.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
The site may link to campus or third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The site and its resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Campus Mind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its resources. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.
If you break these terms and that leads to a claim against Campus Mind, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
California law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Campus Mind about this site. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
